The heart of the Brutale 1000 ABT is MV Agusta's 1000cc inline four-cylinder engine. New camshafts, revised engine management, refined throttle control, optimized gear ratios and a shorter final drive make the engine more spontaneous and direct than ever before. In standard form, it produces 148 kW (201 hp) at 13,500 rpm and 116 Nm at 11,000 rpm. With the included Racing Kit, consisting of an Arrow Titanium slip-on exhaust with four tailpipes and dedicated ECU mapping, power rises to 153 kW (208 hp) at 14,000 rpm. The Racing Kit is intended exclusively for racing use.
The motorcycle features a distinctive color concept in Nero Carbonio Metallizzato and Rosso Fuoco: precise, aggressive and unmistakable. The graphics are applied using water decal technology and are fully embedded beneath the clear coat, guaranteeing a permanently flawless surface with maximum UV resistance. On both sides of the motorcycle, the graphics tell the story of the partnership: on one side, the German flag with ABT's claim "FROM THE RACETRACK TO THE ROAD", and on the other, the Italian flag with MV Agusta's "MOTORCYCLE ART". A visual dialogue between German precision and Italian craftsmanship.
The Brutale 1000 ABT reimagines motorcycle design from an automotive perspective. The seat is upholstered in Alcantara SOFT and features a honeycomb pattern taken directly from the world of high-performance vehicle interiors. The Brembo Stylema front brake calipers are finished in black with red Brembo logos, making a deliberate statement familiar from motorsport. The most striking detail is the carbon rear wheel cover, inspired by turbofan wheels from motorsport. It is not merely a visual statement, but also actively reduces aerodynamic turbulence at the rear wheel and measurably improves the drag coefficient.
The chassis is built around Öhlins components with electronic control. The Nix EC USD fork with TiN surface treatment at the front, the EC TTX Progressive rear shock absorber, and an electronically controlled steering damper allow precise chassis tuning for a variety of riding conditions, both manually and in automatic mode. Forged wheels at both the front and rear axle reduce unsprung mass and noticeably improve agility and handling.
The braking system combines 320 mm Braking Batfly brake discs at the front axle with Brembo Stylema monobloc brake calipers. The disc geometry with contoured channels ensures optimal heat dissipation and continuous self-cleaning, guaranteeing track-ready braking performance, modulation and fade resistance. The Braking Batfly discs are part of the Racing Kit and are intended exclusively for racing use.
19 components of the Brutale 1000 ABT are made from carbon with a plain weave surface, including front fender side panels, airbox cover, instrument panel fairing, inner air ducts, fuel tank side panels, redesigned belly pans with MV Agusta and ABT branding, projection covers, front spoiler, heat shields, the carbon rear wheel cover, as well as engine and gearbox covers.
Every Brutale 1000 ABT is delivered with an exclusive ownership package. This includes the Arrow Titanium slip-on with four tailpipes and dedicated ECU mapping (racing use), the Braking Batfly front discs (racing use), a painted carbon pillion seat cover, swingarm bearing adjustment plates, a motorcycle cover in ABT design, a welcome kit, and a certificate of authenticity with individual numbering.
It will be produced in exactly 130 individually numbered units worldwide. Production starts in the fourth quarter of 2026. The price is €40,990 (Italian RRP). The machine is available exclusively through MV Agusta's authorized dealer network.
