Motorsport is as deeply rooted in our DNA as the optimization of road vehicles. With plenty of gasoline in his blood, Johann Abt competed in his first races as a teenager with self-tuned cars back in the 1950s.
This was the beginning of a long tradition that created a lot of team spirit and a very special atmosphere at ABT.

The DTM is Germany's most popular racing series. After 25 successful years together with Audi, ABT Sportsline will be competing with factory support from the Lamborghini Squadra Corse from 2025 on.

ABT Sportsline is a founding member and one of the most successful teams in the all-electric racing series. After a two-year partnership with CUPRA, the ABT team is now joining forces with Lola and Yamaha. The driver duo will be veteran Lucas di Grassi and shooting star Zane Maloney.

The 24-hour race at the Nürburgring is the biggest motorsport event in Germany, in which ABT Sportsline took part for the first time in 1999. In 2025, the team competed with two Lamborghini Huracán GT3 EVO2s and - as in the previous year - finished a strong 5th place in the endurance classic.
